Our pageant is focussed on improving personal standards, self esteem and self image amongst young women from ethnic minority communities. By bringing young women of different minority groups together in this fashion, we will bridge cultural gaps and offer a platform for positive expression.
  
Process
Finalists will be taken through a three month intensive training and development programme to include workshops on; voice and speech, deportment and poise, stage presentation, etiquette and media training, as well as a talent coaching workshops.
 
Over the 3 months they will take part in several public appearances such as, tours, courtesy calls on Government officials in our community, media interviews (radio, television, newspaper, magazines and new media), dinners and other social events. Contestants will be evaluated throughout.  At the grand finals, the young lady who shone throughout the pageant & on that night will be crowned the overall winner. 
 
 All contestants will be awarded.
